Valid The Jockey Club Voucher Codes & The Jockey Club Discount Codes UK, November, 2026

Looking for a THE JOCKEY CLUB discount code in the UK usually means one of three things: you want cheaper tickets for a big day out, you qualify for an age or student deal, or you are planning for a group and want to know what is possible. This guide covers all three. It explains every saving route that the official THE JOCKEY CLUB website and its terms actually confirm, shows you how each one works step by step, and points out the small conditions that decide whether a code will work or fail at checkout.

At VoucherCodes360 we keep the offers on this page current for November 2026. The headline deal at the moment is 10% OFF, and its conditions are shown next to it. The rest of this page is written to stay useful long after any single code expires, so it concentrates on how the savings work, who qualifies, and where to check the live details on the official offers page.

The Short Version: Key Facts at a Glance

• Students can claim 30% off on selected racedays through Student Beans, with a two-ticket limit and a valid student ID.
• Ages 18 to 24 can join RacePass, which the official site describes as up to 50% off admission at selected events.
• Under 18s go free at racing events, subject to enclosure and availability, and must be pre-booked at most fixtures.
• Groups of six or more can save money, and groups of 6 to 50 can buy admission online.
• Rewards4Racing is free to join and lets you collect points through partners and raceday tickets.
• Gift cards can be used for advance tickets.
• Refunds follow set rules for each type of day, so read them before you buy.

If a code or deal you saw elsewhere is not on this list, check it on the official site before relying on it. Percentages and conditions change, and a promise on a third-party page is not a promise from the racecourse.

Every Saving Route Explained

Student Discount Through Student Beans

The student offer is run through Student Beans, and the racecourse pages confirm that it is a 30% discount, not a flat percentage that applies everywhere. According to the official Aintree student page, it applies to selected racedays, and the Student Beans listing for the group's Cheltenham offer names specific events and excludes days one and four of the Cheltenham Festival.

Here is what the terms say you need to know:

• Amount: 30% off on the eligible events.
• Ticket limit: two tickets per person, and a maximum of two per order.
• Ticket type: the codes work on adult tickets only.
• Who can claim: residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland or Isle of Man with a valid Student Beans account.
• Proof: you must be able to show a student photo ID from a university, college or apprenticeship scheme with a valid expiry date, and entry may be checked.
• Not transferable: tickets cannot be sold or passed to someone else.
• Exclusions: employees of the group and associated companies, and their immediate families, cannot use the offer.
• How to use it: get your code on Student Beans and buy through the link, because for some events the code is only validated when you use that route.

The two-ticket cap and the event list are the two things people miss. If you plan a trip for a big friendship group, one student cannot book the whole table, and if your chosen day is not on the eligible list, the code will not apply.

RacePass for 18 to 24 Year Olds

RacePass is the group's offer for younger racing fans. The Cheltenham offers page says that registering is free and gives half-price racing at selected events, while the main offers page describes it as up to 50% off admission for 18 to 24 year olds. It is not limited to students, which makes it useful for anyone in that age range who is working or between jobs.

Check the live terms when you sign up, such as which racedays are included and what proof of age is requested, because those details are set by the racecourse.

Under 18s Go Free

The official offers page says that under 18s can attend all racing events free all year round, subject to enclosure and availability, and that they do not need a ticket when accompanied by an adult over 18. The group's terms add that under 18s race free at most fixtures but must be pre-booked under the Child Ticket Policy. Under 18s need an adult aged 21 or over or their parent, with a limit of three under 18s per adult. Children aged 15 and under must stay with their responsible adult throughout, while 16 and 17 year olds need an adult on site but not alongside them. Some special events, such as music nights, charge admission.

Group Bookings

The official groups page says that booking in groups of six or more will save you money. Groups of 6 to 50 can buy admission tickets online, and groups of 50 or more use an enquiry form. The page also describes group ticket discounts and offers available throughout the year, and the Cheltenham offers page says festival groups of 15 to 50 can get preferential group rates.

The groups team offers a few extras: they can reserve tickets while you finalise numbers for an agreed period, help you choose the right raceday, and give you a single point of contact for several events. You can reach them on 03447 489201 or at groups@thejockeyclub.co.uk.

Early Booking and Upgrades

The offers page says there are incentives for pre-buying upgrades and extras when you book in advance, and some raceday listings show an early saver window. The amounts change from day to day, so look at the specific raceday page rather than trusting a fixed percentage.

Rewards4Racing

The Rewards4Racing page describes a programme that is completely free to use. You can collect points when shopping or betting online with partners, and when buying raceday tickets, and the page says it has over 4,000 partners. Points can be spent on rewards such as tickets and hospitality upgrades, and members get access to partner offers. One rule is easy to miss: points cannot be used at the racecourses on the day of an event, online or at the gate, so plan ahead.

Betting is for adults only, and it is worth deciding on a budget before you start.

Annual Memberships and Badges

Memberships are sold by racecourse, and the benefits differ from one to the next. The official memberships page lists examples:

• Newmarket: an annual badge for all 38 race meetings in 2026.
• Market Rasen: an annual badge that gives access to 20 fixtures even when tickets sell out, plus feature days and live music.
• Cheltenham: annual packages that cover a set number of racedays, with membership tiers, and the Cheltenham offers page mentions admission to either 12 or 16 racedays.
• Haydock Park, Warwick, Wincanton, Huntingdon and others: season badges or memberships that cover the fixtures listed on each course's page.

Because each racecourse sets its own package, do the sums for the course you visit most. Count how many days you really attend, compare the badge price with buying tickets, and include the extras such as priority booking if they matter to you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sold on the official site and can be used for advance tickets. They suit birthdays and Christmas, and they give the recipient the freedom to choose the racecourse and date.

How to Use a THE JOCKEY CLUB Discount Code Without a Hitch

A code is only an instruction to the checkout. If the instruction does not match your basket, nothing changes. Follow this order.

1. Pick the raceday first. Check that the event is on the eligible list for the offer.
2. Check the ticket type. Student codes are for adult tickets, and some enclosures are excluded.
3. Get your code from the right place. For student codes, use Student Beans and the link provided.
4. Add your tickets. Stay within the limit, for example two per person for the student offer.
5. Enter the code at checkout. Look for the promotional code box before payment.
6. Check the total. If the price did not change, read the error message and the offer conditions.
7. Keep your proof. Bring your student ID or age proof on the day if the offer requires it.

Why a Code May Not Work

• The raceday is not on the eligible list.
• The festival day is excluded.
• You added more tickets than the limit allows.
• You bought a child or non-adult ticket with a code that covers adult tickets only.
• You did not buy through the required link.
• The offer period has ended.

Fees, Refunds and Abandonments: Read This Before You Pay

This is the part many guides skip. The racecourse terms are clear about it, and a few minutes of reading can save you money.

Booking Fees and Prices

The terms say purchases may be subject to per-item, handling and booking fees. Ticket prices include VAT, and prices are set by demand and shown at the time of purchase. Purchases may also be subject to card verification and security checks.

Exchanges and Refunds

The terms say tickets generally cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except where the abandonment rules or a specific annex applies. No refund is given for unused parts of a ticket.

If Racing Is Abandoned

The terms allow the racecourse to abandon or delay fixtures for reasons such as weather and instructions from the sport's governing body or the police. For standard racedays, the terms give a refund tier:

• Full refund if the day is abandoned before the first race is complete.
• 50% refund if it is abandoned before the third race or the feature race is complete.
• No refund after that.

Music racedays have their own percentage tiers, and the terms say refunds cannot be made on racedays themselves. It is your job to check whether a raceday has been cancelled or rescheduled, so look at the official site before you travel.

Cheltenham Refund Rules

The Cheltenham annex sets a separate scale: 75% for requests made 28 or more clear days before the meeting, 50% for requests between 27 and 7 days, and none within 7 days. Posting costs are not refundable. If you are buying for the Festival, read this annex before you pay.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold without consent, and tickets obtained in breach of this rule are void. Moving between enclosures on a raceday is possible in some cases by applying at the Information Desk.

Refund Examples at a Single Racecourse

Some racecourses publish their own refund pages as well. For example, Warwick's page says refunds for advance online or phone purchases are issued automatically to the original payment method and can take up to 21 days. Always check the page for the racecourse you plan to visit.

Payment, Delivery and Practical Rules

The terms mention payment card verification and say entry may be refused if a ticket is not paid for in full. Payment options are shown at checkout. Some racecourses are cashless on the day, so check the FAQ for yours before you arrive with only cash.

The terms do not publish a separate delivery policy. Some premium enclosure and hospitality tickets are posted, and others are digital, so check your confirmation email. If you have problems, use the contact details below.

Under 25s may be asked for ID when buying alcohol, and buying or passing drinks to under 18s is not permitted.

Contact Details From the Official Site

• Operations and commercial partnerships: info@thejockeyclub.co.uk.
• Group bookings: groups@thejockeyclub.co.uk or 03447 489201.

Each racecourse also publishes its own contact page, and some use different numbers. For example, Kempton Park lists London.CustomerRelations@thejockeyclub.co.uk for general enquiries. If a number does not connect, check the official contact page for your course.

The Racecourses and What They Are Known For

The official site lists fourteen racecourses by region. Some pages of the site mention fifteen, so if you find a different number elsewhere, confirm it on the official list.

The Big Dates in the Racing Year

• Cheltenham Festival: four days in March, including Gold Cup Day.
• Grand National Festival at Aintree: three days in April.
• Guineas Festival at Newmarket: around the turn of April and May.
• Derby Festival at Epsom Downs: early June.
• July Festival at Newmarket: in July.

The exact dates are published each year, so use the official calendar when you plan travel and accommodation.

A Smarter Way to Plan a Raceday

Match the Offer to Your Situation

A student who also fits the 18 to 24 age band can compare the student code with RacePass for the event they want. A family should read the child ticket rules first. A group of ten should look at group booking before buying single tickets.

Compare Total Cost, Not Only the Ticket

Add booking fees, travel, parking, food and drink. A cheaper ticket on a day with expensive travel may cost more than a slightly dearer ticket at a nearer course.

Choose the Right Day

Midweek racedays are often calmer. Festival days are busier and more expensive, and rules about refunds and exclusions can be tighter.

Keep Your Paperwork

Save your confirmation email, student ID or proof of age, and tickets. For digital tickets, make sure your phone screen is not cracked, because scanners may struggle to read it.

Read the Dress Code and Food Rules

Dress codes and picnic rules differ by racecourse and enclosure. At Newmarket, for instance, anyone dressed inappropriately can be refused entry without a refund, so check before you go.

Ideas for Different Racegoers

The Student Group

Each student can buy up to two tickets with their own code, so organise your group so everyone verifies on Student Beans and buys their own pair. Bring your student ID.

The First-Timer

Choose a smaller course on a weekday, buy a Grandstand and Paddock style ticket, and arrive early to see the horses in the paddock.

The Family

Check the child ticket rules, plan meeting points and look for family fun days. The under 18 offer can reduce the cost of a family day considerably.

The Regular

If you go many times a year, compare an annual badge for your local course with buying single tickets, and join Rewards4Racing to collect points.

The Office or Friends Outing

If there are six or more of you, look at group booking. Ask the groups team about holding tickets while numbers are confirmed.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Assuming a code works on every day. Many are limited to selected events.
• Forgetting the ticket limit. Two per person for the student offer.
• Buying outside the required link. Student codes may not validate.
• Ignoring the refund tiers. They differ by type of day and by course.
• Leaving ID at home. Student ID or proof of age may be checked.
• Trying to spend Rewards4Racing points on the day. They cannot be used at the course on the day of the event.
• Relying on an old code. Offers change, so check this page and the official site.

Racing Words in Plain English

• Flat racing: races on level ground without jumps.
• Jump racing: races over fences or hurdles, popular in the cooler months.
• Festival: a multi-day meeting with several big races.
• Enclosure: an area of the racecourse with its own tickets and rules.
• Racecard: the guide to the day's races and runners.
• Abandonment: when racing is called off, for example because of weather.

Bottom Line

THE JOCKEY CLUB gives UK racegoers several genuine ways to pay less, from the student and 18 to 24 offers to free entry for under 18s, group rates and free-to-join rewards. The savings are real, but each has conditions, so the winning habit is to check the eligible events, the ticket limits, the proof you need and the refund rules before you click pay. Use the deals on this page for November 2026 as your shortlist, read their conditions, and complete your booking on the official offers page.
